What is included in the rent payment:
Or, to put it correctly, what do we do after you have settled in?

So, we:
- Ensure 24 hour security guarding of the holiday village and its perimeter and their protection against intrusion of unauthorized persons
- Let in the visitors and transport on your personal request only
- Provide 24 hour maintenance support and normal work of the cottage boiler room and all its systems, including::
  • heating
  • water supply
  • electricity
  • gas supply
  • communication
  • Internet
  • television
- Shovel away the snow from the street up to the doors of your cottage
- Cut and water the grass on your land plot
- Collect garbage on a daily basis from the boundary of your land plot

Tenants are charged separately for:
- Electricity and gas for the cottage heating based on utilities rates of Dmitrovsky region
- Cleaning of your cottage on your request
- Food delivery orders made on your request in accordance with restaurant price list
- Accommodation of your domestic servants in the hotel
- Using sports facilities based on applicable tariff rates
